Welcome to Sunshine House, a boutique guesthouse with modern and luxurious decoration. Sunshine House is a 5-storey building, with an elevator.
Convenient for businessmen and tourists, Sunshine House locates in the middle of Chiang Mai city, near many important places. Only 10 minutes drive from the airport, 5 minutes walk to Kad Suan Keaw Department Store, and 10 minutes drive to Chiang Mai University. We are also closed to the by pass road to Doi Suthep, the important temple in Chiang Mai. Suitable for both daily and monthly stays.

- Smoking is not allowed in any part of the Buildings.
- Allow two people per room. No room charge for kids under 12 years old sharing room with parents ,if an extra bed is not required.

- Adding a pillow and blanket without extra bed charged 100 baht/head/night
- Check in time is 2.00 PM
- Check out time is 12.00 (Noon)
- During Songkran and New Year Festival the price will be charged
